
Ok, so these are the foods I'v got to stay away from:
-Cake
-Pizza (Hawaiians my fav!)
-Trifle :(
-Too many cocktails, especially Pink Ladies
-Custard Creams
-Ginger Biscuits
-and too much sugar in my tea's and coffees!






In fact, thinking about it, I eat WAY too much sugar and I thought I was more of a savour person! Well hopefully cutting down on these will help and of course I need to drink more water
as I hardly drink any and then hopefully I'll look a bit more like this:
